These tickets include everything our Nairobi Conference has to offer, perfect for those who want to meet-up with old friends, form new connections and explore all aspects of the event – including a vibrant show floor, packed full of innovative solutions, a conference agenda with top level speakers, networking opportunities and other exciting activities.

Email to use when registering – We only accept registrations from official .org or business email addresses.
Commercial tickets apply to ‘for profit’ organisations. If you plan on having a small team attending the event, you might want to explore our exhibiting and sponsorship packages. Enquire here.
If you qualify for two or more ticket types, then the most expensive ticket type applies. For example, if you qualify for a free ticket as you are part time working for an NGO, but also work for a private sector solution provider then you must purchase a commercial ticket. If you are unsure about which ticket to pick, get in touch with us here.

Refund Policy:
Paid tickets are non-refundable after 5th of May. Refunds requested prior to 5th of May will incur a USD30 admin charge for any refunds. Paid tickets can be transferred to another internal colleague at no extra charge, please get in touch with Phoebe to do so.
If you have purchased the wrong ticket, a partial refund may be given, with a USD10 admin fee and a credit card transaction fee applied for the cost incurred in dealing with the booking.
